Elia Apartments Sithonia are located in a lushly green area of Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki, between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras.
Our fully furnished apartments are built close to the golden sandy Elia Beach with the blue-green crystal clear waters, among the pine trees and olive trees.
Elia Apartments Sithonia provide 10 apartments of 60sq.m consisting of a bedroom, an open plan kitchen with living room and a WC/shower that can accommodate up 4 - 5 guests each, as well as 2 bungalows that consists of an open plan kitchen with living room & a double bed and a WC/shower that can accommodate 2 adult and 1 child up to 12 years old. All types of accommodation have a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, air conditioning, TV set and spacious verandas with sea or garden view. The ground floor apartments are disabled access friendly.
In the landscaped garden and outdoor areas with sun-chairs and umbrellas, air private dining room guests can relax close to nature, enjoy barbecue with their friends while their children can play in the playground. Our guests can also enjoy water sports, go walking, cycling, jogging or even organize a short or long excursion in Halkidiki.
